TCI extended the neck of trailer 10", replaced all sections of frame web that were rusted and damaged,
replaced entire bottom frame flange, replaced rusted out frame crossmembers, fabricated and installed new
upper coupler ( kingpin plate) replaced all wiring and air lines, replaced axles, fabricated a new 10' removable
extension, replaced all lights and wood decking, converted from spoke hubs and 15" tires to hub pilot with 17"
tires and painted trailer
